Elvynox Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Elvynox (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") places top priority on user privacy protection and personal data security. This Privacy Policy elaborates on our rules for collecting, utilizing, disclosing, and protecting user information when you access and use our mobile application and affiliated multimedia creation services (collectively defined as the "Service").
By downloading, registering for, or utilizing Elvynox application services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the data collection and usage rules stipulated in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any terms herein, you shall stop using the Service immediately.
Official Audit Compliance Statement: Elvynox operates with fully self-developed local and cloud multimedia processing algorithms. We will never collect, transmit, disclose, or share any user personal information, uploaded images, portrait biometric data, creation records or processing materials to any external third-party AI platforms, third-party AI algorithm institutions or third-party AI service providers. No user-related data will be delivered to any third-party AI party under any circumstance, and no user consent for AI data sharing is required for this App.
2. Information We Gather
2.1 Information You Voluntarily Submit
- Account Related Information: When you complete account registration and profile setup, you may provide your email address, custom nickname, and personal profile content.
- Payment Relevant Information: All in-app payment settlement is completed by official platform payment operators (including Apple App Store, Google Play Store). We do not collect, store, or obtain your bank card credentials, billing details and private payment data in any way.
- User Original Multimedia Content: Local photos, original images and picture files you actively upload for in-app creation processing, including style beautification, video synthesis, portrait animation and background replacement operations.
2.2 Automatically Collected System Information
- Device Metadata: User device model, operating system version, unique device identification code, mobile network operator and network connection status.
- Service Usage Records: Applied creation functions, historical creation files, functional operation tracks and interactive behaviors within the application.
- Operational Log Information: Application running logs, system crash feedback data, and service operation performance data for internal maintenance and optimization only.
2.3 Multimedia Processing Related Data
- Uploaded source pictures submitted for in-app multimedia creation processing;
- Exported visual works including stylized images and synthesized short videos generated via Elvynox built-in tools;
- Custom creation parameters set by users, including style selection, background templates, animation modes and video frame settings.
3. Legitimate Purposes for Using Your Information
We only utilize collected user information for the following explicit service purposes, and will not expand data usage scope without user authorization:
- Operate, maintain, optimize and iterate all core creation services of Elvynox
- Execute user-initiated image beautification and video synthesis demands, including Stylization, Solo Video, Dance portrait animation, Scene Swap background replacement and Duo Video dual-image synthesis
- Manage user account status, membership permissions and functional usage quota
- Verify platform payment orders and activate user purchased functional permissions
- Push service updates, template upgrade notifications and account security reminders
- Respond to user consultation, after-sales feedback and technical support applications
- Identify, troubleshoot and eliminate application bugs, system failures and potential security risks
- Abide by local network regulations and fulfill statutory data compliance obligations
4. Multimedia Processing Mechanism & Data Retention Rules
4.1 Cloud Processing Description
Elvynox supports dual processing modes: local offline creation processing and encrypted private cloud processing. All multimedia computing tasks rely on our exclusive self-built cloud servers, without invoking any external third-party AI processing interfaces or algorithm resources. All uploaded images will be transmitted via end-to-end encrypted channels to designated private servers for creation rendering.
4.2 Official Data Retention Period
- Uploaded Original Images: All user uploaded source images will be permanently erased from private cloud servers within 30 calendar days after creation processing is finished; pictures processed offline will never be uploaded to any server.
- Generated Image & Video Works: User finished stylized pictures and synthesized videos will be stored in personal cloud workspace for 90 calendar days for secondary editing, and will be automatically cleared upon expiration. Users shall take the initiative to download and locally back up their creation works.
- Account Personal Data: Your registered account information will be reserved persistently until you submit an official account deletion application, and all bound account data will be irrecoverably deleted after account cancellation.
4.3 User Creation Content Ownership
Users retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights of all uploaded original images and self-created multimedia works. You grant us a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial license merely to process your uploaded images to deliver agreed creation services. This license cannot be assigned to any external third-party entity.
4.4 Portrait Biometric Data Processing Rules
Our application only analyzes facial contour features to complete portrait animation, style rendering and background replacement effects for user photos. All portrait-related processing is temporary and one-time. Relevant facial feature data will be wiped out immediately after rendering. We will not independently collect, permanently store, extract or share any user biometric portrait data.
5. Information Sharing & Disclosure Rules
We will never sell, trade, lease or commercialize your personal data and multimedia files to any external parties. We only share minimal necessary user data under the following limited scenarios, and all cooperating parties are non-AI service providers:
- Authorized Service Partners: We share basic device operational data with trusted third-party service providers engaged in cloud hosting, data security maintenance and in-app statistical services. All partners sign equal-level data confidentiality agreements, and are prohibited from using user data for AI model training, image analysis and algorithm derivation.
- Statutory Regulatory Requirements: We may disclose designated user information when required by valid local laws, court rulings or official government regulatory orders.
- Enterprise Business Restructuring: In case of platform merger, asset acquisition or business transfer, user data will be transferred as business assets, and the data successor shall abide by the same privacy protection standards as stipulated in this policy.
- User Explicit Authorization: We may share your specified data with third parties only when you give clear written in-app authorization voluntarily.
6. User Data Security Protection
We adopt standardized technical and organizational protection measures to safeguard user data security, including the following measures:
- Adopt TLS/SSL end-to-end encryption for all network transmission picture and video data
- Deploy isolated private cloud servers with hierarchical access permission verification mechanism
- Carry out regular server vulnerability scanning, security inspection and data compliance auditing
- Implement internal staff classified data access control and professional confidentiality training
Please note that no internet transmission channel or electronic storage technology can guarantee absolute data security. We will spare no effort to protect your personal information and creation files to the maximum extent.
7. User Data Rights
Subject to local data protection laws and regional regulations, you enjoy the following legal data rights:
- Right of Access: Apply to obtain a copy of your reserved personal account information
- Right of Rectification: Apply to revise inaccurate personal profile and account information
- Right of Erasure: Apply to delete personal account, bound data and cloud stored creation files
- Right of Data Portability: Apply to export your multimedia works and account data in machine-readable format
- Right of Opt-out: Disable non-essential data collection and behavior tracking permissions via device system settings

8. Minor User Privacy Protection
This multimedia creation service is oriented to users aged 13 and above. We do not actively collect personal information and private picture data from users under 13 years old. Once we confirm that we have unintentionally obtained data of minors under 13, we will clear all relevant information and image files immediately.
9. Third-Party Auxiliary Services
This application only integrates official platform payment channels and basic system auxiliary interfaces, and does not embed any third-party AI creation, AI analysis or AI rendering functions. We are not liable for the privacy compliance of third-party payment auxiliary services, and users shall independently check the privacy rules of relevant third-party platforms.
10. Cross-Border Data Transmission
User personal data and multimedia files are stored and processed in compliant regional servers. If cross-border data transmission is required for special service operation, we will sign standard contractual clauses to ensure overseas data receivers provide equivalent privacy protection level for user data.
11. Policy Revision & Update Notice
We may revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly adapting to legal updates and service function iteration. Material policy revisions will be published on the in-app [Settings - Privacy Policy] page with updated effective date. Your continued use of Elvynox services after policy updates will be deemed as acceptance of revised terms.
